The part that was collapsing gets fixed first It was the section of roof that overhung the rear balcony We will get the balcony rebuilt and it will follow the roof line A view from underneath Disaster mansion in all it's glory! Good bye Cupola, you ship has sailed The view, Rondout creek in the foreground The Hudson in the background The nice arched windows We'll try and mimic this look somehow It would be nice if I could built some teak shutters that oppned
